The drug "A-cerumen" is aa medicinal product used locally in otological practice. This medicine contains in its composition surface-active components that help purify the earwax from the auditory canals, thereby preventing the formation of sulfur plugs.

The drug "A-cerumen" is indicated for use inavailability of sulfur plugs, as well as for the prevention of their development in people who have increased the formation of earwax. It is also used for the constant hygiene of ears: most often in patients who actively use telephone sets, hearing aids, other devices attached directly to the external auditory canal, thereby causing excessive earwax production.
