Not all lovers of delicious baked goods know howto cook a biscuit cake. When the guests are on the doorstep, it's easier and quicker to run into the store and buy a ready-made sweet tooth dish. But how nice it is to bake a biscuit cake with your own hands. I bring to your attention some interesting recipes that you can easily use at home.

The recipe for a biscuit cake N1: "Drunken Cherry"

This cake is made from one high crust. It is important to observe certain rules during baking, first of all in order not to settle down the cakes. But first things first.

Ingredients: for dough:3 cups sugar, 2.5-3 cups flour, 10 eggs, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 2 teaspoons baking powder, pinch of vanillin; for cream - 0,5 kg of butter, 1 can of condensed milk, 0.5 kg of ripe cherries, 3 tbsp cocoa, cognac, 100 g of walnut; for glaze - 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 5 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tbsp butter.

Preparation: Cherries, pre-cleaned of seeds, pour cognac and insist for more than 12 hours. If the cherry is very acidic, then it can add a couple of spoons of sugar.

Mix sugar and eggs with a mixer until thick. Do not stop whipping, add vanillin and cocoa. Gently pour the baking powder, and then flour. Whisk the whole mass to a homogeneous consistency.

We take a baking dish (idealwill be a split form), grease it with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. The dough is poured into a mold and put on for 1.5 hours in a preheated to 160 C oven (second level from below). Then remove the biscuit from the mold, cover it with a damp cloth and again put it in the oven, but for 30 minutes and now to the lower level. After that, get the biscuit and let it cool. Carefully cut off its upper part and remove the pulp from its center with a spoon, leaving the edge 2 cm thick.

While the cakes are baked, prepare the cream.To do this, beat the mixer well with butter, add condensed milk and cocoa to it. Add the cherry and the flesh from the biscuit cake. Put the whole mass in a sponge cake, and add crushed walnuts. Close the cake top and decorate the cake with icing and cherry. To prepare the glaze, place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook until the mixture thickens.

Ingredients: for the test - 6 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp soda, 1.5 cups flour; for a cream - 1 glass of sugar, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 200 g of butter.

Preparation:Eggs and sugar beat the mixer to a thick consistency, add soda, slaked with vinegar, and flour. All is well mixed and spread on a sheet for baking a tablespoon dough in such a way that turned out small cakes. Bake in a preheated oven until completely ready.

Cooking cream: all the ingredients put in deep dishes and whisk together with a mixer until thick.

We put aside 5-6 flat cakes aside - of them wewe will make a head, paws and a tail. Take the cake and dipped it in the cream. Spread out all the cakes on a dish in the form of a slide, to make a tortoise shell. Fill all the top with the remaining cream and attach our turtle head, host and paws.
