Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with mayonnaise and dilute with a little water. Then pour the mixture to the liver. Next, mix a spoonful of flour with water and also add to the liver. All sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, greens. Stew for a few minutes and remove from heat. The best thing is a liver with gravy with buckwheat or mashed potatoes.

Veal liver with gravy

Food for cooking:

  • calf liver - 0.9 kg;
  • sour cream - 340 g.

Liver with potatoes

For preparation:

  • potatoes - up to 1 kg;
  • liver - 0.7 kg;
  • salt, sugar, pepper, coriander;
  • tomato juice - 1 glass;
  • onions, carrots - 1 piece;
  • greenery.

First, clean, cut into slices and boil the potatoes until ready. At the end, add salt and add a little vegetable oil to taste. You can make mashed potatoes or leave pieces, if desired.

Now, wash the liver and cut into cubes.Cut the onions into half rings, and grate the carrots. Then fry the liver on vegetable oil. Add onions, then carrots. Add oil if necessary. Then pour tomato juice, add sugar, salt, coriander and pepper. When the liver is ready, the dish must be turned off and chopped finely greens.
