Nowadays pies are one of the favoritedishes. Just imagine: a hot delicacy, shrouded in a wonderful aroma ... And, of course, do not forget about the role of the filling in pies. Meat and cheese are favorite products of many that we combine today in our culinary masterpieces. Let's start with the following recipe: cheese and sausage pie. To prepare the dishes we need the following ingredients:
- flour - 160 grams;
- Eggs - 3 things;
- salt - half a teaspoon;
- mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
- a pinch of black ground pepper;
- sausages - 300 grams;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
- cheese - one hundred grams.
We take a deep bowl, beat eggs in it,gradually adding baking powder, mayonnaise and flour. Then this mass should be peppered and salt. When all the ingredients are mixed, all will be well whipped with a mixer.
Take the cheese and grate it, better than a large one. Cut sausages into circles (small). Add everything to the dough.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.When the desired temperature is reached, pour the resulting dough into a greased baking sheet and set to bake. Forty minutes later our pie with cheese and sausage will be ready.
This recipe is very simple. Baking turns out very tasty. Our cheese and sausage pie is for 12 servings.
Next, go to the next recipe - cake withcheese and ham. This delicacy we will prepare from puff pastry. This pastry is very tender and tasty. For her, we need the following ingredients:
- Ham - 400 grams;
- puff pastry - 1 pack;
- hard cheese - 200 grams;
- sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons;
- Egg - one piece;
- sesame (sprinkle on top of the cake).
Cheese and ham should be cut into thin, largeslices. Separately, mix the egg with sour cream, beating a little with a spoon or fork. We take a sheet of paper for baking, sprinkle it with flour. On it we roll out and spread the ribbon of puff pastry in width. On one half lay the slices of ham and cheese (two layers of each ingredient alternately).

Sometimes a sausage is laid in the refrigerator. It seems to be a pity to throw it away, and I don’t want to eat it. In this case, you can bake a cake with cheese and sausage. So, we need:
- kefir - one glass;
- flour - one glass;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- soda - a teaspoon;
- sausage - 200 grams;
- mayonnaise - 100 grams;
- cheese - one hundred grams;
- onion - 2 things;
- Spices - to taste.
Clean and cut the onion, then fry it.Finely chop the sausage, three grated cheese. We mix eggs, soda and kefir with spices and flour, adding sausage, cheese and onions. Now this mass is poured into a greased baking sheet, put everything in a preheated oven. Preparing our pastry for about half an hour. A couple of minutes before readiness, our creativity is smeared with mayonnaise from above.
