You can make an example of such short messages yourself, then all you have to do is insert your data and a specific sentence.

Even if it seems to you that your personal box is an example of creativity, the employer will not necessarily think the same way. Therefore, a vacancy response, an example of which you should copy yourself and create your own on its basis, is better to be sent from a neutral, more or less official address: one in which there will be no obscene associations or words. Remember that an empty letter is an employer, ratherjust throw it away if it gets into his box at all. In the subject of the message you must specify a specific vacancy (for example, "sales manager in Europe" or "3rd grade turner") or the source from which you received the information: "response to an ad on the site ...". Be sure to follow the rules of etiquette: the letter must begin with a greeting, and end with the formula "with respect," "best wishes", "I hope for long-term cooperation" or similar.
Recommended for official use or search.Work to create a separate box and specify your contact information (phone number, perhaps the site) in the signature. This will add seriousness and significance to your message. But even if you do not have such a signature, do not forget to leave your contact information at the end of the letter. It is unlikely that the employer will want to continue to communicate with an anonym who did not even bother to send a resume.
