They symbolize three decades of peaceful life, recalling that fascist Germany was defeated by Soviet troops. The upper part of the created obelisk is decorated with a metal plate. It symbolizes the fluttering banner, which is crowned with a five-pointed star. It recalls the military feat of civilians who in the rear exerted inhuman efforts to help fighters fighting with the enemy in the fields of the Great Patriotic War. On the star there is a hammer and sickle, they are symbols of labor feat.

The Glory square is a real place of pride of the townspeople.In the lower part of the stele there is a laurel branch. On it are carved in gold letters the names of 58 residents of the Khabarovsk Territory, who became heroes of the Soviet Union. On the other side of the stelae are the names of six gentlemen of the Order of Glory, as well as the names of the 61 Hero of Socialist Labor.
