Distillery "BryanskSpirtProm" with morethan a century-long history produces a wide range of alcohol and alcoholic beverages. This list includes several types of vodka, sweet and bitter tinctures and balsam "Bryansky", prepared according to a special technology. A special place in the assortment of the plant is occupied by gastronomic vodka "Borshevka" - the first in Russia and the only one in the world. It is ideally suited to the taste of Russian cuisine and was designed specifically to revive the centuries-old traditions of the Slavic feast.
As it was said above, "Borshevka"gastronomic vodka. This means that the production of this product uses ingredients that are characteristic of the traditions of a certain cuisine in the world. Vodka "Borshevka" is made on the basis of aromatic alcohols, for the tincture of which the products of Russian cuisine are used: cabbage, garlic, pepper, bay leaf. Thanks to them, alcohols are enriched with polysaccharides and mineral substances, aromatic and other compounds pass into them, the taste becomes saturated, bright, pronounced. Such a process of infusing plants with a mixture of alcohol and artesian water is called maceration. After maceration, aromatic alcohols pass through a doubledistillation and eight filtration stages. This makes it possible to say with certainty that "Borshevka" is the purest vodka. After the last filtration, the finished product is not immediately bottled. Several days stand out for the vodka to mature in the gastronomic plan. At this moment, the flavor and aromatic bouquet of the product is formed, which allows revealing the taste of the dishes of Russian cuisine.

The rest of the products from the brand assortment (with a chill and a spark) differ in composition in that instead of these ingredients, alcoholic tinctures of other vegetables and spicy spices are used.
Vodka "Borshevka", regardless of the species, has the same strength in 40% of the revolutions. Caloric content of the product is 220 kcal in 100 grams.
Impressions from the use of vodka "Borshevka" atbuyers remain twofold. On the one hand, they like the naturalness of the composition and the soft taste of the drink.
