- bread - two or three pieces;

- garlic - two or three denticles;

- flour (needed for breading);
- one egg.
The cooking process
- First make a mushroom filling. To do this, rinse the mushrooms, drain and cut into slices.
- Onion peel, rinse, dry and chop.
- In a hot frying pan fry the onion until soft, then add the mushrooms there, stir and fry. At the end of cooking, pepper and remove from heat.
- Now take the minced meat, add the bread pulp, pre-soaked in water, and the egg. Stir everything, add spices and salt.
