To do this, bake trout in the oven in foil in two ways: we cook whole fish and steaks from it. What dish will be better, solve the independent jury - our relatives who will try these dishes.
Rainbow trout baked in foil
Ingredients:
2 rainbow trout;
2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
a bunch of parsley;
lemon;
salt;
ground pepper.
Fish preparation
So, today we bake trout in the oven in foil.Before this stage, we'll get to it, and start our culinary competition with fish cleaning. Remove the fins, gills, head, gutted carcass. Rinse thoroughly with running water and dry with towels. Cross the fish cuts.
Marinade

Ingredients:
2 trout steaks;
dill and parsley (dried);
seasonings for fish;
pepper fragrant ground;
salt (it is better to use the sea).
Fish preparation
We start cooking our steaks with theirProcessing: the pieces are carefully rinsed with water and dried with napkins. We rub each with a mixture of ground pepper and salt (with the latter it is worth to be more careful, since in seasoning for fish it is also contained). We put the steaks in the center of the foil (for each piece - your sheet), top with sprinkled dried herbs and special seasoning.
Wrapping in foil
So, we put the steaks in the center of the foil,and its sheets should be large enough (here the principle works: better is more, than less). We fold the foil sheet in half, covering it with a fish slice, and, gently combining the edges, on each side tightly fold them with a tube towards the center.
Baking
