Eurofura (or, as carriers call it,"Eurotent") is a lorry, usually a long-length car, consisting of a "head", that is, a truck tractor, and the semitrailer itself. The last detail has its own nuances. Dimensions of the euroframe, namely the semitrailer are: length - 13.6 meters, height - 2.45 meters, width - also 2.45 meters. In total, such a hitch is capable of transporting goods weighing 20-22 tons in volume of 82 cubic meters. In addition to these modifications, there are other trucks. In Europe, for example, the dimensions of eurofuries with a trailer can be 95, and even 110 cubic meters, depending on the height of the body. This is done in order to expand the range of application of such transport, in order to increase profitability. By the way, the length and height of such a hitch remains unchanged, that's why you do not need to draw up additional documents and obtain additional permits.
What is remarkable, the tent on such a wagon can be removedin a matter of minutes, and without much effort. If the load is too long, in order to load it from the rear, you can do this from above by removing the trailer roof. Especially relevant in Europe is the type of "curtain" (truckers call it "bag" because of the large volume of cargo space). In this case, the dimensions of the eurofury remain almost unchanged (unless the height can be varied up to 3 meters), but with the removal of one side of the body or a complete rastentkoj problems just will not arise.
In addition, many trucks are mannedspecial belts and fastening handrails. This is done in order to keep the fragile cargo and deliver it as safely as possible. Private carriers always have these two parts.
What can be transported on such trucks?
As we have already noted, eurofura (whose dimensions inlength always remain unchanged), has a wide range of applications. On such trailers carry household appliances, pieces in containers, various building materials and even food products that are not subject to strict maintenance of the temperature regime. If among the last type of cargoes there are fresh vegetables, fruits or semi-finished products, the canopy is unsuitable for their transportation. In such cases, refrigerators are used. By the way, their sizes are exactly the same as the dimensions of eurofuries, and the volume is often 82-86 (95) cubic meters.
In addition, the tilted trucks are capable oftransport furniture products, not only finished products. It can be simple boards, placed on europallets (special pallets 100 and 80 cm wide) or without them. The main thing is that their length is not more than 13.6 meters. By the way, if the cargo is not placed on pallets, know: the loading time of the goods will be 2 or even 3 times more.
And finally about the cost of transportation.At the moment, the price range on international routes is quite wide - from 30 to 70 rubles per kilometer. The cost directly depends on the geographical location of the point of departure and destination. In addition, the price affects the risk of cargo, the reaction to temperature changes, weight and volume.
