The words for the rock ballad were written by M. Pushkin, and the guitarist S. Terentyev became the author of the music. And every time you listen to a song you can hear new intonations and open a new meaning.
As well as to the millions of Soviet boystime, the hobby for music came to Sergei Terentyev in his teens. Taking the guitar in his hands for the first time, he made her his constant companion for many years. At the very beginning of his creative career, Sergei seriously studied and copied Western music. Later, they saw their own songs, arrangements and musical projects.
A musician from a small town called GavrilovPosad. Terentiev Sergey Vladimirovich was born on October 12, 1964. The Terentyev family had to change their place of residence quite often in connection with the professional activities of Father Sergei. To connect his future life with music in Sergey's plans at that time was completely not included. In those years, Sergei Terentiev painted a lot, he studied at art school. "I imagined myself as an artist and despised musicians," he would later say about that period of his life. After graduation, Terentyev entered the Zagorsk School for a rare specialty of woodcarver. But it is here in the far from the music school environment, Sergei understands that he wants to play the guitar. Instrument Sergey Terentyev begins to master at the age of fifteen, quite late as for the future musician. So far, the hobby is limited to playing in amateur groups, different clubs and on dance floors. Like most guitarists of the time, he did not escape the interest of Western music, and the basis of the repertoire was the song "Time Machine".
In 1985 Sergey Terentyev entered the conductor-choir department in the AUCPU. From this moment the creative life of the musician begins.
Professional life of musician Terentyevbegins on stage as part of the "Slides" group. It is with this team that Sergei first tries his hand as a composer. The next milestone of the musician's career is the band "Rodmir", and then the "New Testament". The latter played Christian rock, and guitarist Sergey Terentev takes part in the recording of the band's last album. The "New Testament" disintegrated, and the musician, full of creative plans, remained unemployed.
In this period Terentyev gets acquainted with S.A cheerful one who offers him to record a solo album. The proposal at first glance is not very real, but later embodied in life. Bulgakov, he creates a new project "Artery". This period of creative life can not be called cloudless. For the entire period, the group left for various reasons, 7 vocalists and 11 musicians.
In 1994, Sergei Terentyev reissues hissolo album in a new edition called "30 + 3 + Infinity". Along with the old instrumental compositions, he also includes hits, the guitarist became the author of the music: "Paradise Lost", "Who are you?", "The stars went to the bottom".
In July 2007, Sergey Terentyev and "Arteria"had to perform at the presentation of the new album of the band "Pilgrim", but the guitarist did not appear on stage. On July 19, 2007, the court sentenced the musician to five years in prison. The fault was the road accident that occurred in July of the same year. Sergey Terentyev knocked down a 19-year-old girl, who suddenly appeared on the road, to death in her car. Sergei to his credit did not hide from the scene, stopped and tried to give the victim first aid. Unfortunately, the girl's injuries proved incompatible with life, the ambulance doctors arrived could not help.
Savelovsky Court ofMoscow sentenced the guitarist to 5 years imprisonment without the right to manage and pay the family of the deceased girl 1 million 900 thousand rubles. During the trial, S. Terentyev sincerely begged for forgiveness from his parents who lost their daughter, and repeatedly repeated that at the time of the accident the traffic laws did not violate. The musician was arrested right in the courtroom. Later the decision of the Moscow City Court reduced the sentence to four years. While serving his sentence in the colony-settlement, the musician took part in studio records of the Arteria group, acted as its producer.
In 1996, working in Aria Records, SergeyI met Natalia Glossy Lianova. On this day the girl came to voice the children's educational program. The second time fate brought them to the same studio in 2000, and this meeting became fateful. The young people were married in February 2008.
Sergei and Natalia are connected not only with marriage ties,but also creativity. GlossyTeria is a new project created by musician Sergey Terentyev. Photos of the musician and his wife destroy the stereotypical image of rock musicians. Natalia graduated from the State Music Variety and Jazz School in the class of "pop singing". There she also attended courses in the field of "sound engineer". Today she is the author of texts and music, the vocalist and backing vocalist of the group.
