This work had a bright mysterious name -"Swings the devil" - and was published in the magazine "Youth", number one. And this means that it was read by a huge number of residents of the country. At that time, the magazine "Youth" - an illustrated literary and artistic periodical, was the most famous and popular, bearing a liberal outlook. The leaders of the journal were distinguished by pleasant progressiveness and increased interest in public life and the world around them.
