The popularity of the series is easy to explain - a high level of technical development of society throughout history has led to various catastrophes, and therefore at some subconscious level, each of us admits the possibility of such a catastrophe as the invasion of half-humans, half-dead. At the same time, hardly anyone forgets that this is just a production, and therefore most viewers are interested in how they shoot The Walking Dead.

Seven years later this book won the Scream awardAwards and even got on the list of the most readable works of the New York Times. After such a success, the issue of the screen version was actually solved, and on October 31, 2010 it was the date of the pilot series. The shooting of each series begins precisely with their work- the imposition of masks, tons of masking and coloring agents. As Greg Nicotero says, one of the main responsible for the transformation of people into the "dead", the "creation" of each zombie takes at least one and a half hours. Coming to the dressing room, the actors each time fall into the hands of a new specialist in make-up film "Walking Dead". Filming the film has been going for more than a month, and the same "dead" would quickly bore the audience. New specialists create a new image each time.
One of the secrets of the series is the thoughtfulness of history.If you expect a lot of blood and so-called "dismemberment" from the film with the "dead", then you are not mistaken. But besides this, there are enough lyrics in the picture, namely the history of the surviving heroes and their mutual relations in a joint existence. By and large the series "Walking Dead" is not just an exciting action, it is a drama about survival that teaches that only in society a person is a force, not a separate unit.
