NaVi, or Natus Vincere is one of the mostrecognizable and popular Ukrainian teams in eSports. Every gamer can say with accuracy that he has heard about a team at least once in its life or watched it at international championships. We can call Natus Vincere a famous brand of the 21st century, because their compositions are known for such games as Dota 2 and CS: GO (Counter Strike). In this article we will look at the current composition of NaVi (CS: GO).
New to eSports, who at least once heardAbout the team, it may be mistaken to assume that the same squad is involved in all games. If Natus Vincere in Dota 2 was created in 2010, immediately after the release of a separate card from the acclaimed strategy WarCraft, then for the multiplayer shooter Counter Strike, the team was based a year earlier.
Initially it was the name Arbalet.UA, but later, when the team had prospects and fans, they decided to seriously think about changing the logo and nickname. Thanks to an online contest where more than 2,000 people took part, the name changed to Natus Vincere, which means “born to win” in English. Oddly enough, but less than a year later the team won the world championship in the famous shooter, having broken the $ 50,000 jackpot. From that moment on, the name did not change, but the team began annually performing at all championships, winning large cash prizes and consulting with its new manager Alexander Kokhanovsky. Despite the fact that the new composition of NaVi in CS: GO is different from the original, the team does not think to replace the nickname or logo, because they are really born to win.
The team NaVi (CS: GO) for 2009 included:S. Ischuk (Starix), D. Teslenko (Zeus), A. Trizhenko (ceh9), I. Sukharev (Edward) and E. Markelov (makreloff). It should be noted that initially Sergey Ischuk was the captain of a successful team, and in 2017 they became Mikhail Blagin (Kane).
The composition of NaVi in CS:GO partially changed in 2016. After 7 years of existence, the fans are so accustomed to a strong and indestructible composition that for all Teslenko's departure was unexpected and brought disappointment. A new challenger came to the place of an experienced player, who had previously been an active participant in the equally famous Team Liquid team (its banners also adorn the Dota 2 pedestal). The structure of NaVi (CS: GO) included Alexander Kostylev (s1mple). The official reason for the departure of a popular player is unknown, but fans consider this a professional burnout, because Zeus is almost 30 years old today.
The tournament held Major (Kraków) showedadverse results for the composition of NaVi in CS: GO. The managers made the decision that led to the massive exclusion of players. So, Ladislav Kovach (GuardiaN) and Denis Kostin (seized) will be replaced by new members. The final decision to change the composition will be made by the end of 2017, and now it remains only to hope and wait, which of the old participants will remain in their places, who will move to other equally famous teams, and who will go to the number of outsiders. However, Zeus himself admitted in an interview that he was returning to the team, even after his resounding departure.
Despite the fact that the old commanders are on the verge of collapse, the participants still continue to delight their fans with experienced and thoughtful games, streams and guides on the famous shooter.
