The reason for the lack of connection can be determined by the error code, since each of the errors issued will contain its own number, which, in turn, will help identify the problem and eliminate it. If this server is intended for permanent use, it is better to configure it to start automatically every time the computer starts. Similarly, you can configure the server to start manually.
