Any mushroomer knows that in our foreststhere are a lot of tasty and nutritious mushrooms, "quiet hunting" with which every year becomes more popular. Unfortunately, this phenomenon has the opposite side: in the forest there are many newcomers, who often collect poisonous mushrooms into their bowls.
Fortunately, nature took care of us, providing false aphids with a whole host of distinctive features. Knowing them, you will never make a dangerous mistake, do not bring a poisonous mushroom from the forest.
To be more precise remember all the important distinctivesigns, it will not be superfluous to find out about similar differences between these boletuses. So, they have a characteristic red-brown hat. In addition, if you cut the foot of the mushroom with a knife, then over time the cut will noticeably turn blue.
We have already said that on the cut is an edible mushroomturns blue. Its toxic analog does not contain any blue. Its cut reddens, sometimes acquiring the most surreal shades. Of course, even for a novice collector, this should cause a certain alertness.
After tests with a knife, look closely atthe very stem. In an ordinary boletus, it is greyish-white, while its false "colleague" has a pinkish hue in the color. However, it is unlikely that such a visual diagnosis can be considered reliable. In the end, the leg is often dirty.
Is it possible to accurately distinguish false buffoons from their edible brethren?
Again look at the foot of the fungus:if it is "real", then it will have an even, constant color, without any inclusions. The same part of the false boletus will be covered with a peculiar mesh of reddish-pink color.
If you think that if you accidentally use ita false boar will "repay" you with serious health problems, we can reassure you: nothing terrible will happen. First of all, you simply can not eat so many of these mushrooms that your life is threatened.
Among other things, the boletus (photo:a false analog) in itself in some countries is not considered an edible fungus. So, in Norway a couple of years ago it was recognized as conditionally edible. The false species was used at all once as a food, as it should be soaked mushrooms in salted water and boiled.
So what can you advise beginnersmushroom pickers, who go to the forest in order to search for the boletus? First of all, it is necessary to remember the universal rule: if you are not sure about the breed of mushroom you found, do not take it! Carefully look at his leg and its slice: pink color should alert you.
