"Fantastic Four" - one of the mostpopular comics created in the second half of the last century. It was written by screenwriter Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, who worked in the publishing house "Marvel Comics."
The stories coined by Stan and Jack werecompletely new and not like the others, which provided them with such a stunning success. Their superheroes did not hide from their readers either their strength or the dark sides. Their adventures were one more unusual than the other - they continuously saved our world, to which someone constantly claimed his rights.
Susan and Reid are members of that same teamsuperheroes, which was called the Fantastic Four. Deciding that their child should become a new generation superhero - Franklin Richards, Marvel Comics organized the wedding of this couple, which allowed in the next issues of stories to take the readers' attention into the dramatic details of their family life.
Sue and Reed got their unusual abilities during a forced flight into space, falling under the influence of cosmic radiation.
When Sue was expecting a baby, her body becameto produce poison, and to save his wife with a future son, Reed and two friends went to the Negative Zone. There they took possession of the Accumulator of Negative Energy and with his help cured Susan.
The child was alive, and he was given a double name: Franklin Benjamin - in honor of his grandfather and family friend.
Franklin at different periods of his life hadspecial nicknames: Avatar, The Storyteller, Psi-Lord, Ego-Spaun, Richard Franklin (Richard Franklin). For example, as Franklin knew him at 14, from 24 to 26 he was a Psi-Lord, and after 35 became an Avatar. At the same time in his mature years he became the owner of the exterior as Brad Pete.
In his teens, Franklin Richards was in sightthe most ordinary boy, blue-eyed and naughty. But the realization of the unusual fate of parents - the saviors of mankind, also shaped his character, forcing to grow up much earlier than peers.
Franklin Richards, strictly speaking, is notman - he is a mutant (Psionic), who has absolutely fantastic abilities. Some of them he blocked, so as not to harm his family and the environment. But from time to time, they use them when other means are exhausted to deal with space monsters.
He can infinitely manipulate reality, deforming the visible universe and creating new (pocket) universes, transferring people into them.
Can change the molecular structure of matter, turning matter into energy, and vice versa.
Has telepathic abilities: reads thoughts at any distance, creates illusions in the minds of others and manipulates people's behavior.
Is able to create astral twins, which have all of its qualities; to make powerful biovasures; to move any objects by the power of thought; to see prophetic dreams and much more.
The main test of the Fantastic Four for strength was the appearance on Earth of a cosmic entity called Galactus.
Once Galactus was a humanoid Galan and lived ona planet with a highly developed civilization. At that time, the Universe was experiencing a period of compression, and there were no more living planets left. Going to the research expedition, he wanted to find a way to save his native planet, but in vain.
He had a few friends with him, and he suggested that they fly through the center of the shrinking universe to accept a "beautiful death."
At the time of the transition, the Consciousness of the Universe came into contact with him, warning that after the "Big Bang" he would be reborn as Galactus, the devourer of the worlds.
Starting with the planets, deprived of intelligent life, Galactus gradually became indiscriminate in food, drowning the remorse of the idea of his messianism.
This interplanetary wanderer was arranged in such a wayway, that to ensure his existence he needed to eat the energy of the planets. After his visit, the life of the planet dried up and was not restored, and Galactus continued his wanderings around the universe.
The gunner was a Silver Surfer, withwhich helped the Four to persuade Galactus not to touch the Earth. He even promised to leave her neighborhood forever, but the famine had repeatedly forced him to return.
Galactus's appetite increased, and since hecould satisfy him with an exceptionally intelligent life, he was always drawn to the Earth. And again the superheroes had to stop him, resorting to the services of the same Surfer, who lured Galactus into a trap. Together with the Shi'Ara race, the combined group of superheroes was able to destroy the great devourer.
But it was just a respite before the nextbattle with a powerful Abracas - a hunter for the Galactus. Initially, he proposed the Four to unite in search of a superweapon - the Absolute Nullifier. And when he was found, he took it and began to threaten to destroy the universe.
And then the game entered Franklin Richards, who, taking advantage of his ability to change reality, returned Galactus to life, since only he could take away the Nubifier from Abracas. Everything went by as if on notes, and the super weapon returned to Reed Richards, and Abracas was killed.
The story ended with the fact that in the new reality, after using the Nullifier, all the worlds and the creatures that inhabited them, which were destroyed by Abracas, returned to life, as if Abrracas never existed. In addition, the mission of Galactus to contain the destructive activity of Abracas became clear.
Forced to be the destroyer of intelligent worlds,Galactus, as the most ancient being in the universe, feels its connection with its nature. By and large, he carries out a certain connection of times in it, trying to realize his mission more deeply. Oddly enough, Franklin Richards helps him. Against Galactus, he can expose his unlimited possibilities - then reviving it, then annihilating, arbitrarily changing reality.
Thanks to Stan Lee and Jack Kirby was bornanother superhero Franklin Richards. Comics with his participation survived a wave of popularity and again rolled into the shadows. Perhaps now it will try to revive the writers of Hollywood studios. Wait and see!
