To date, the investigative authorities have not been able to recreate the exact picture of what happened. Nevertheless, the charges have already been brought against some Chinese officials, as well as high-ranking employees of Ruihai Logistics. According to the investigation, these people are more or less guilty of the fact that this catastrophe occurred in China. In August, many of them were arrested.
