Martin Edegor: biography

He was born on December 17, 1998 in the city of Drammen(Norway). He is a graduate of such youth football academies as "Drammen Strong" and "Streetsgodset". His father, Hans Erik Odgegaard, is a former professional football player (played in Stremsgodsette and Sannefjorde), is one of the founders of the club "Drammen Strong." In the same club for some time he worked as a coach of his son's team. In 2005, when Martin was only 6 years old, his parents invested 50 thousand crowns in the club to convert the gravel field to an artificial lawn.

Between 2009 and 2014, midfielder MartinEdegor played in the youth structure of "Stremsgodset", among the guys who were older than him for 2-3 years. The guy constantly played and trained against physically stronger players, however he coped. Coaches saw in him an unrealistically huge potential, so they put him in the position of the left winger, so that he played more with the ball and gained experience. In the attack, he was given free will, thanks to which he came up with the most universal and correct solution for a successful conclusion. At the age of twelve, Martin Edegor impressed football manager Lars Tjarnos during the nationwide tournament for boys under 16. It was something incredible - Edegor coped with players who are older than him for 3-4 years.
