Mark Podrabinek - TV journalist, photographer and traveler, leading on the channel "My Planet". He is envied by many, because the man managed to combine work with pleasure.
Mark comes from the mountain village of Ust-Nera in Yakutia, known for extremely low temperatures. His father Alexander, who was a Soviet dissident, was exiled there.
The boy was born in 1979.His parents recall that at that time it was terribly cold: -63 degrees Celsius. Already as an adult, Mark often jokes about this topic: they say, before leaving Yakutia, his body was covered with thick fur. And believes that the "small homeland" left a marked imprint on the development of personality. However, given the conditions of the area, it is impossible to disagree with him.
This event took place in 1991.At the age of 12, Mark Podrabinek went to Moscow, where he graduated from school. Then the young man entered the Moscow State University to study for a journalist, but he never received a diploma: he simply stopped attending classes, heading to the North Caucasus.
But this was not a particularly surprising event, because even after a year of business trips, in 2001, the student’s academic performance dropped significantly. And the taste of travel was already impossible to forget.

He really wanted to capture what was happening for himself, so the quality of the photographs had little value.

In addition, at the moment the journalist independently makes documentaries for the channel "My Planet". For the past 17 years, the man has been working exclusively on television and photography.

The “My Planet” channel helped again, which organized the “Behind the Scenes” project, which was led by Mark Podrabinek. It accommodates both journalist hobbies: photography and exploring the world around.

As Mark himself says, he does not consider out of principlethe number of countries he has visited, so he never lists them in interviews. The passion for travel does not fade away in it, despite the difficulties and phobias that one has to face in the process. Moreover, the man tries to fight his fears, overcoming everything that scares him. While not very helpful, but the photographer does not despair.
Believes that the atmosphere attracts the country,reigning in the air. It is for her that Podrabinek loves the Himalayas, Southeast Asia and Tel Aviv. And, of course, dreams of traveling around another half of the world, since the places in which the photographer has not been, are much more visited.

His long trips are perceived by his beloved women calmly, although they make you miss the head of the family. However, Mark’s second half fully shares his hobbies and is not at all against traveling, however, while the daughter is not old enough, not all plans are feasible.
Just a year ago, Mark, along with his wife and daughtertraveled to Africa as part of his photo school courses. Sophia was pleased and showed herself from the best side on this trip: she was not capricious, did not interfere with adult students and was happy to participate in the search for plots for shooting. This inspired Podrabinek to take his daughter with him more often, and at the same time organize trial family courses.
A man considers a photograph only as a hobbyhowever, this did not prevent him from establishing a school called the Human Resources Department. She enjoys considerable success, despite the abundance of competition in this area. In addition, within its framework, the TV journalist organizes trips to the former places of filming of his program, helping people to learn through practice, which is much more fun.
Podrabinek Mark, whose photos are often flashed inNetwork, plans to organize its own exhibition in the future. True, it would not be possible to show everything in one fell swoop - too many shots were taken. But to see at least something from what was not previously shown in the public domain is worth a lot.
