Buy a ticket for long distances, at least in a reserved seat of money they simply do not. And so they prefer to travel around the country or on trains, or on such trains, changing from one to another. In addition, in the formulations of this type, judging by the opinions of passengers, it is quite dusty and dirty.
The layout of the RZD sedentary car is simple, and from the inside it islooks about the same as the salon of a very large tram. In small cities, usually this type of trains run, the seats in which practically do not differ from the seats in the trains. From the stations of megacities usually depart formulations with soft chairs. There are seats in sedentary trains on both sides of the aisle. Usually trains of this type carry two types of cars - 1st and 2nd class. The first seat is wider and more comfortable. Tickets in sedentary cars, as in ordinary,are sold in railway ticket offices of Russian Railways. The seat number must be indicated on the travel document. In carriages of the third class there can be up to 66 seats. Of course, this is very much, and greatly affects the degree of comfort of the trip. The cost of a seat in an ordinary, not companytrain, very low. For example, for 2015 in the composition of Moscow - St. Petersburg, the price for it is only 410 rubles. For comparison: a reserved seat will cost 780 rubles, a coupe - in 1430, luxury - in 3390, a soft car - in 10 610 rubles. Of course, the cost of a seat is directly dependent on the class. However, the difference in this case in the price is usually not too large.
