Denis Gusev was born on August 11, 1981 in thea small town Tikhoretsk (Krasnodar Territory). The boy was fond of different kinds of sports since childhood and started attending the Karate, Wushu, Basketball and Volleyball sections at school. And even visited a circle of dances. Of course, such activity could not but affect the physical data, the future athlete always looked fit and athletic.
In 1991, when the boy turned 10 years old,he was noticed by the trainer of the athletics section. After all, at this age the boy looked much more cohesive and matured his peers. Denis Gusev, the growth, whose weight from the childhood amazed by the ratio of proportions, quickly achieved success in this sport and got to the Russian national team, where he collected a considerable number of awards. After graduating from school, the guy did not leave the sport and entered the State Academy of Sports, which he graduated with a red diploma.
After graduation, at the age of 26, DenisGusev, whose height even then impressed by their ratio, moved to Moscow, where he settled himself as a professional trainer in the network of elite fitness centers in the capital of the World Class. The clients of the sportsman were many popular personalities of our country, as well as movie and television stars. In addition, during this period, he noticed and representatives of the modeling business, after which Denis Gusev, whose height and weight were ideally correlated, began to appear on the pages of many glossy publications. The growth, weight and bodybuilders made an indelible impression on the judges, he won first place and the title of absolute champion according to the version of Mens-Physicist. This victory brings Gusev the status of a professional athlete and opens the doors to the elite division competitions IFBB.
In 2014, Denis made his professional debutpodium in the Pro Grand Prix tournament. But this performance did not become a special breakthrough for the athlete, he was able to take only the sixteenth place. After a short time, Denis takes part in the competition "Pittsburgh Pro", which takes the twelfth place. Despite these setbacks, the bodybuilder does not back down and goes to the "Europe Supershow" tournament. Participation in this competition brings Gusev an honorable third place in the category "Mens-Physicist".
In 2015-2016 Denis takes part in themany competitions. But few of these tournaments bring him prizes. Also, his performance at the world famous tournament "Mr. Olympia 2016", where Denis is only 16th place, can not be called triumphal.
