Club football in Kazakhstan is characterized byfinancial instability, because there were times when deserving the right to play in the top division of the team for material reasons could not confirm their participation in it. Clubs are obliged to enter into the record of each match at least two players not older than 20 years of age who are pupils of Kazakhstan football.
