Military regulations and its components

The Military Charter of the Armed Forces is the archlaws, rules and regulations that guide people who are in urgent or contractual service in the army. It is a structured and divided into sections and subsections reference book. The military regulations of the Russian Federation consist of four parts:

  • Military regulations
    the charter of the garrison and guard duty,
  • disciplinary regulations,
  • statute of internal service,
  • drill statute.

Each of these components regulates a separatesphere of activity. This division emerged after the end of the revolution that occurred in 1917. Prior to this, military service was regulated by other normative documents. So, for example, the military statute of Peter the Great was used until the beginning of the 20th century. Some of its principles have been preserved in the modern context.

Internal Service Charter

It describes the main provisions regarding the actions of soldiers, sergeants and officers in peacetime. Disciplinary Regulations
