If there is a purpose to receive a respite or completely refuse to serve in the army, then it is necessary to notify the doctor about all the diseases. If there was hospitalization, submit documents confirming this fact. Exactly one year of the future draftee do not bother. At the end of this period, a summons will come to him for a medical examination for the final appropriation of the category of fitness for military service.
Control medical examination (CMO)
If there have been complaints aboutpassing medical examination in the military registration and enlistment office, the draftee is sent for examination to a medical institution in the place of residence. When confirming the presence of the disease, he again returns to the military enlistment office to the profile doctor who, after acquaintance, appoints the KMO in the republican department. And if the commission agrees with the diagnosis of the conscript, a decision is made, and all cases are transferred at the place of residence. And thus, a young man of military age is written off to the reserve and receives a military ticket with the assigned category "B".
Determination of fitness for service
Getting a ticket with the category "A" will mean that the conscript to the service is fit and absolutely healthy. Type "B" means the suitability of a young
person to the service (there are some problems withhealth, which does not prevent the call). Among the diseases that allow the performance of military duties include short-sightedness, chronic gastritis, stomach ulcer of the initial form and many others. The military ticket, which has the category "B", is the very loophole many young people try to use in order not to serve in the army. This category exempts from conscription, since there are serious health problems. This means that in peacetime such a young person does not have the right to be attracted to the service, but with the introduction of martial law he can be called up. Thus, enrollment in the military reserve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and obtaining a military ticket. With the category "G" temporary incapacity for service is allowed. This can be bone fracture, obesity, etc. The military duty is completely excluded, and the military ticket is issued automatically if the category "D" is delivered.
