Solid fuel heating boiler

Such furnaces are rather durable and reliable (with proper operation). Steel devices, unlike cast-iron ones, are not afraid of sudden temperature changes, and accordingly, they do not burst. They accumulate well and give off heat energy.

Advantages and disadvantages

The advantages of this device include low fuel costs, availability of equipment in stores, durability and autonomy - its operation does not depend on the supply of gas or electricity.

As with any appliance, a wood-burning boiler has its drawbacks. To them, in the first place, it is necessary to attribute the fact that fuel for it will take up a lot of space in the yard.

So before installing such equipmentshould be vacated for coal or firewood. In addition, they should be prepared in advance for the winter and preferably in large quantities (order a whole dumper). Do not forget that the device should be cleaned regularly (1-2 times a month) from the soot accumulated from the burned wood. Otherwise, the smoke will not escape through the chimney, but will remain inside the furnace. And if the stove works on coal, then in this case there is a risk of carbon monoxide, which is deadly to human health. Unlike the electrical, a solid fuel boiler should be regularly poured wood. Usually this interval is one and a half hours (all depends on the volume and capacity of the furnace).

Electric heating boiler

Such a device performs the same functions as a solid fuel, it only works on electricity. It has many pluses and little flaws.

Such equipment has high performance, does not require additional maintenance.

The cost of installing it is very low, besides,such an oven does not have an open fire, unlike a wood burning. Thus, the risk of fire in the house is reduced to zero. It does not need to be cleaned regularly and every hour you throw up firewood - turned it on at night, it works for yourself. In addition, it works silently and does not require the installation of a chimney. You can control the boiler with the buttons, turn it on and off at any time.

Perhaps the only drawback is the dependence on the supply of electricity. If the light is off, alas, the boiler will not work.
