We sift the flour for other purposes - to make the dough airy! Eggs whisk with a halo, you can take a fork. You can, of course, and a mixer, and all, the like, but the effect will not be the one I tested personally, I do not know what the secret is. Add the beaten eggs to the rest of the ingredients only when they are whipped until smooth. Another secret: the dough is best mixed with a wooden spatula or spoon. And personally my improvement of the grandmother's recipe. I add a couple of spoonfuls of mineral water to it. After standing for about ten minutes, the dough becomes very lush.

Sugar add 1.5 tablespoons, instead of sour cream, you can use kefir, the same amount (that is, 250 grams) - half a half liter package. And we remove the mayonnaise from the recipe.
