Therefore, the twig with apples and other stuffing is not even baked as it is roasted, which makes it particularly tasty.
Vertuta on kefir
The recipe of this baking is quite inexpensive, availablealmost every family, and the result will please all lovers of dough products. You will need half a liter of kefir, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and so much flour to knead an elastic, not very cool dough. Roll it into a ball, cover with a napkin and let it rest for half an hour, separate it. In the meantime, do some stuffing.
To make it tastier than your apple twirlThe recipe (photo is attached) suggests adding a little cinnamon to apples, which should be cut into small cubes, and vanilla for an appetizing smell. When the dough has come, cut off small chunks from it, roll it into flat cakes and, pouring flour, first roll with a rolling pin, and then evenly stretch your hands into rounded thin layers. Each such sheet, from which the twig with apples is baked, must be ordered to sprinkle with sunflower oil. Then evenly distribute the filling, sprinkle it with sugar, roll up the layers, fasten the edges at both ends. Top with oil again. Bake the pan too well, spread the twigs on it, put it in a heated oven and bake until ready at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes. When the baking is cool, sprinkle icing sugar over the product.
Vertuta special

You will need 500 grams of sifted flour, a glass of water, a little salt. Knead the dough, roll into a ball, let it brew. Then roll it into a cake. Inside, put a piece of butter, roll the envelope, roll again. Wrap the dough in a bag, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then repeat the operation twice more. In total, you must roll in 100 g of oil. After the last place in the refrigerator, the dough is ready for work. Roll out or stretch thin layers, put the stuffing, fold. Beat the egg with sugar and the twigs placed on a greased baking sheet and also grease with this mixture. Bake them until ready. Make a lemon icing: take 100 g of powdered sugar, a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and the same hot water. Add the liquid components to the powder, rub it thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Cover it with twirls.
A few words about the filling
