Gravy for pasta

So, how to cook gravy for pasta?Let's start with the simplest version. For cooking, you need foods like meat (preferably pork, but you can have any other kind of meat), two onions, three tablespoons of tomato paste, one tablespoon of flour, a pair of cloves of garlic, a mixture of peppers to taste, and do not forget about salt and water, better boiled. Now we begin to prepare the most gravy. First in a frying pan fry onions, but not much. While the onion is cooked, cut into small pieces of pork and send it to a frying pan to the onions for further roasting. Now separately in another frying pan we pass the flour for three minutes, then add it to meat and onions. Next is tomato paste. A little stew all the ingredients and add water so that it covers all the meat, and the gravy was not too liquid. The best option is if you get a consistency of sour cream. Stew the dish until completely ready and serve it on the table. "The gravy to the pasta in a simple way" is ready.

How to make gravy to pasta with meat?This recipe is similar to the previous one, but still slightly different in ingredients and method of preparation. In order to make a meat sauce, you need to take two different types of meat (say, pork and beef or pork and lamb), two onions, two tomatoes, water, salt, a mixture of peppers and a bay leaf. First fry the meat in a frying pan until a golden crust is formed, then add the finely chopped onions and fry again for five minutes. Then add water and continue to stew for about five minutes. Well, and then add the tomatoes (you can still add the tomato paste), salt and season with a mixture of peppers, throw the laurel leaf. Stew until the dishes are ready.

The third method of preparation is vegetablegravy. For its preparation in a variant without meat it is necessary to take such products: mushrooms (can be champignons) in the amount of half a kilogram, two onions, a pair of cloves of garlic, one glass of sour cream (preferably greasy), one tablespoon of tomato paste, one tablespoon of flour, salt, peppers and other condiments to your liking.

So, we start to prepare the third on our listgravy to pasta. First we clean and mash the mushrooms, cut the onions finely. The last ingredient we immediately send to the frying pan. At this time, cut the mushrooms into slices, they follow the onion into a frying pan. Do not forget to salt and season with various spices to taste, cover with a lid, fry. Then add sour cream, mix well, lightly stew, then add tomato paste and bay leaves. While the gravy is quenched, the flour is diluted in a small amount of water and added to the dish. Now we boldly cover the lid and wait until the third gravy is ready for the pasta.
