For a portion of medium size, take:
- 1 medium size zucchini;
- 3 ripe tomatoes, best not watery, with a dense structure;
- 150 g of any mayonnaise;
- 100 g of cheese (solid, type parmesan);
- Vegetable oil, flour for breading, salt and spices.
