Then in a frying pan to the onion should be added pure and finely chopped mushrooms, which must be fried until ready, and then pour the milk, sour cream and put out about twenty minutes under the lid.

How to make sauce with flour? To do this, you should carefully mix a liter of floorcream with two spoons of flour, so that there are no lumps. After that, pour the mixture into a frying pan with high edges, put on fire and simmer over low heat, then add about 200 grams of grated Russian cheese and two cloves of garlic, which must be crushed either through garlic, or grate. This sauce should last until the cheese melts, and at the same time it should be stirred constantly.

Stew this gravy until ready for 10-15 minutes and boldly serve on a table with white wine. This recipe is good because it is prepared in a few minutes and at the same time it turns out very tasty.

How to make sauces?The most common is white sauce, for its preparation should fry in a frying pan a tablespoon of flour in butter until it gets a yellowish-brown color. After that, the resulting mass should gradually pour in the meat broth until the sauce does not gain the necessary density. Do not forget to stir all the time so that no lumps form and at the end add any spices for the desired taste. By the way, in order to dilute the taste, you can use ingredients such as wine, milk, cream or tomato paste. One of my favorite sauces is Matricano. To make it, you should cut 300 grams of white onions, 300 grams of bacon, then fry all this in olive oil, and then add 500 grams of canned tomato, bay leaves, and salt and pepper to taste. Stew it on a slow fire for about 60 minutes, stirring constantly and only at the end, before turning off, it should squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic.
