- egg;

For this delicious dish, take:
- 4 small young zucchini;
- crushed peel of one lemon;
- a pair of garlic cloves and half a bunch of fresh greens;
- 100-150 g of Adyghe cheese or unsalted cheese;
- 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour.
