If they appear, they must necessarily be broken, otherwise it will worsen the taste of pancakes. When all the flour is mixed, you can again use a metal halo to get rid of the lumps of flour for sure. If you have a blender, it's best to pour the dough into it and shake it well. After that, in the finished dough, add a couple of spoons of vegetable oil, so that the pancakes are not burned in a frying pan, and you can begin to fry.
There are special pans for frying pancakes, theyflat with low edges and very comfortable for turning pancakes. But, if you do not have such a frying pan, do not be discouraged, any other frying pan is suitable for these purposes. Just before frying pancakes on it, the pan must be thoroughly washed, otherwise pancakes will stick.
Pour a small amount into a frying panvegetable oil before the first pancake, warm it up well, and then pour the dough with a large tablespoon. It is very important to measure the correct amount of dough so that the pancake turned thin, but it did not tear, and it could be turned.
The most difficult moment in the preparation of pancakes,a recipe for pancakes on the water, it is correct to pour the dough on the pan so that it spreads thinly over the whole pan shape, and the next difficult moment is to turn the pancake to the other side so that it does not tear. This is the skill of the cook. Professionals can bake a large number of thin pancakes in a short period of time.
If the pancakes stick to the frying pan, you cantry after each pancake to drip a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and distribute it over the surface, and then just pour a new pancake.
Ready pancakes stack a pile, so theykeep the heat longer. In Russia hot pancakes were impregnated with butter, then they turned out soft, tasty and fragrant. If desired, you can make salted pancakes, just do not add sugar to the dough.
