It uses a unique technology of naturalbiological treatment, which is not equal in the world. Eggs brought from quail farms located in Kiev and Cherkasy regions are used as a filter. Here, the birds are given only organic food. Therefore, there is no reason to doubt the quality of the eggs that they carry. Preparation of the filtering solution is made manually. Each egg must first be thoroughly checked, and then the workers break each egg, separating the yolk from the protein. The prepared mass is collected in special containers. After that, the protein is diluted with water and whipped slightly. Upon contact with the alcohol mixture, it absorbs all the esters, organic acids and fusel oils. Further purification is carried out on coal filters. The output is a perfectly clean product with a pleasant mild flavor. This technology was borrowed by some Russian enterprises that produce alcoholic beverages.
