Due to their use, work is performed more productively and with minimal time losses.

BPM-systems work on the basis of a data warehouse, inwhich contains all the quantitative and financial information of the enterprise. The introduction of such a system makes it much easier to make decisions in such matters as:

• strategic planning, setting of basic efficiency criteria;
• the formulation of tactical tasks;
• monitoring and monitoring the implementation of plans;
• regulation and analysis of results.

Typically, the BPM system consists of a traditionala set of elements responsible for design, implementation and monitoring. Designing is a detailed development of the scheme of each business process. The implementation is monitored by the "engine" of the system - BPM Engine. It is responsible for starting the processes, monitoring their changes, and fulfilling the specified rules.

Monitoring of processes is carried out with the help of graphic images or statistical data. Thanks to the reports containing all the parameters of the processes, it is very easy to evaluate their effectiveness.
