In 1993, the troupe received its building. It is an architectural monument built in the Art Nouveau style. Previously, the building belonged to a cinema. Before the theater moved into this room, it took 13 long years to reconstruct it. At this time the performances were on rented stages. Only in 2007 the theater finally opened its doors.
