Our task is not to examine the consequences, butdetermine the source. It will be a question of a single theoretical work - Lenin's "April Theses". Today, we as never before encounter different visions of the role of Vladimir Ilich Lenin (Ulyanov) in the history of our country. Moreover, the points of view are often polar opposites. From the traditional Soviet view: "He is the leader of the world proletariat," to direct accusations concerning the organization of repression against the intelligentsia and the peasantry. The topic for discussion about this is bottomless, like all of our history. This article is not asked by her at all.
Only ten conceptual ideas reflect the "April theses" of Lenin. The summary of this document is given below.
- The first thesis is strategic. He logically justifies the need to overthrow the power of capital as the only way of Russia's vital withdrawal from the meat grinder of the First World War.
- The second is tactical.Vladimir Ilyich considers the results of the bourgeois-democratic revolution of 1905 to be intermediate, unconvincing, since the bourgeoisie seized the initiative. "What happened is only the first stage," Lenin's April Theses "states," ahead is the transfer of power to the proletariat and to the poorest peasantry. "
- The third determines the attitude to the existing parliamentary power - the Provisional Government: no support, and also a consistent exposure of its pro-bourgeois orientation.
- The fourth one shows the process of forming newauthorities. The Bolsheviks, on the one hand, declare their future function as an organ of power, and on the other hand, the Soviets, "from within" perceiving Bolshevik ideas, themselves become agents of the party course.
- "Lenin's April Theses" by the fifth paragraph declare a unique, fundamentally new political structure of Russia - the Republic of Soviets.
- The sixth solves the dual task of economicpoliticians. First, it indicates the priorities of the land policy: confiscation, nationalization, land administration by the Soviets. Secondly - a complete reorganization of the entire executive power, as well as the police and the army.
- The seventh - on the nationalization of financial institutions, the pooling of banks.
- The eighth generalizes the control function of the Soviets asthe basic principle of the further construction of socialism. (Is not it really surprising the depth of theoretical study: the Soviets are even Menshevik, and Lenin's "April theses" already cover the new economic policy?)
- The ninth defines inner-party organizational tasks, including the renaming of the party. Its essence is now "communist".
- The tenth takes into account the interaction with the international labor movement, for which it is proposed to create a new International.
It is difficult to write more meaningfully, and also laconically.
Obviously, this work is its essence forthe edge of the prevailing Social-Democratic theory. One person managed to feel the dynamics of development amid the political, economic, social collapse of an almost uncontrolled country, "like a man beaten to death". It is noteworthy that the beginning of the creation of communist parties in the world was determined precisely by the "April theses" of Lenin. In short, this theoretical development outlines a unique path of development, incomprehensible at first even to the closest associates of Lenin, the Social Democrats.
Also I want to draw your attention to the obvious:Lenin, the theoretician, is also an outstanding organizer, persuasive and inspiring. After all, there were also principled, influential, authoritative opponents of the ideas of "Theses": Kamenev, Plekhanov. Left unaccounted for by the All-Russian Congress of Soviets, and then by a joint congress of the RSDLP, Vladimir Ilyich tripled his energy, explaining, convincing. As a result - exactly 10 days later the conference of the RSDLP (b) included Lenin's ideas in its program.
