Production start

The first products for aviation ArzamasThe instrument-making plant began to be manufactured already in 1958. First, the release of the joint connector of the pilot's seat in the plane (ORK-2) was mastered. Next came the release of angular velocity sensors. The enterprise was actually the main one in this industry, and at many factories of the USSR knew the famous Pladinsky DUS. Since 1962, the enterprise has begun production of sophisticated instruments for the aviation industry.

As the plant grew older, accuracy increasedmanufactured devices. The sensors of linear acceleration (DRL), three-stage gyroscopy were mastered, on-board complexes with the use of self-made sensors were started. Alarms for icing produced by the APZ were installed practically on all aircraft equipment.

Now the Arzamas instrument-making plantnamed after PI Planina produces more than one hundred types of products of the aviation industry: sensors for angular and linear accelerations, DUs, free gyroscopes, gyrostabilizers, ice detectors, various types of actuators actuators, dynamically tuned gyroscopes, verification panels, feedback sensors, control systems, onboard calculators.

Angular velocity sensors are produced as directmeasurements (DUSTA, DUSU), and more accurate, compensatory type (DUSVCH, DUS300T). The linear acceleration sensors of DRLV are used in control devices of traction in many aircraft. Small-sized sensors of DALM and high-frequency sensors of DRLV, due to the convenience of use, are used not only in aircraft, but also in construction, road machinery and railway transport.

Production of gyroscopes

The highlight of the enterprise is gyroscopy.Free three-stage gyroscopes are produced for their own needs (they are used in plant control systems and autonomous liquidation systems), but recently GSI-T, which was specially developed as a telemetry device, is very popular among control system developers, which is indispensable for flight tests.

In the 80s, the Arzamas Instrument Making Plant made a leap in the production of gyro devices, starting the production of inertial navigation systems:

  • DUS-300T - for medium-current with a random drift of 18 deg / hour.
  • High-precision GVK-6 with a random drift of 0.03 deg / h.
  • GVK-6 - it became the first dynamically tuned gyroscope (DNG).

Modernization

Over the years, thanks to the leadershipthe enterprise of the technical re-equipment program is carrying out a large-scale re-equipment of the machine park. The plant employs a large number of processing centers of world manufacturers.

Thanks to the equipment of scientific unitsmodern computers and software Arzamas Instrument-Making Plant named after Planin was able to begin to develop gyro appliances independently. Completed development DNGDP-3001, which, thanks to a patent-protected solution, with small dimensions and a range of 300 deg / sec has a random drift "from launch to launch" of 5 deg / h. Modernization of the DUS300T was performed, which made it possible to shorten the readiness time to 4 seconds while reducing the sensitivity threshold. At the same time, the device retained such an advantage of the float gyro as a high mechanical strength.

The new direction of thedevelopment of a micromechanical accelerometer, which should replace the traditional mechanical. Currently, the idea of ​​a solid-state wave gyro is experiencing a second birth, and a number of dynamically tuned gyroscopes continue to expand. All this will allow us to update a number of special-purpose products manufactured by APZ for the aviation industry.

Devices for surface-to-air missile systems

In 1965, the Arzamas Instrument-Making Plantmastered the release of the first system of stabilization of the rocket relative to the center of mass. In the late 70's, the release of an integrated control and navigation system with cruise missiles was mastered. And the gyroscopes, inertial navigation system and onboard computer were made by own forces. This entailed the development of precision machining, the workshop of printed circuit boards, assembly production and the formation of highly qualified scientific and technical and production personnel. Until now, control systems for air defense systems and targets remain one of the main products of the enterprise.

These systems have the highest technical level,are created on the most modern element base, with the use of self-made sensor equipment, including own developments. The enterprise also completes the produced drive control systems, and some also gyrostabilizers.

Instruments for space

Since the late 60's JSC "Arzamas instrument-makingplant for launch vehicles of various types produces actuators. They control the thrust of space jet engines. The design developed half a century ago turned out to be extremely successful: IM-25 and IM-16 will be put on perspective starships of future generations.

Only in 2009, BDG-6 was removed from production - a block of damping gyroscopes, constructed decades ago. It is replaced by a more modern BDG-36, intended for the "Angara" and "Zenith".
