The state enterprise "Plant No. 410civil aviation "carries out re-equipment, maintenance, diagnostics, overhaul of aviation equipment and aircraft engines. The main production facilities are located in Kiev. It is a strategically significant production for the economic and military security of Ukraine.
Plant No. 410 of Civil Aviation was established on July 11948 in the squares of the Ukrainian GVF Directorate, located at Zhulyany airport. The duties of the organization included the repair of engines of the series M-116, ASh-62IR and V-2 aircraft. Despite the problems with personnel and technological equipment, on October 21, 1948, the first restored engine ASh-62Ir No. 628-333 was repaired and solemnly handed over to the Ukrainian GVF Administration by the efforts of 25 workers of the air base.
A year later, more than 200human. A training plan was developed. An important task was the improvement of the organization of production, the acquisition of new equipment, devices and installations that increase productivity. New technologies were developed and introduced, which allowed to unite the process of aircraft repair in a single whole. New divisions were created, the necessary capital facilities were built.
The launch in the series of the Il-12 piston aircraft becamethe beginning of the second stage of the activity of the State Enterprise "Plant No. 410 of Civil Aviation." With the equipping of new equipment and expansion of production facilities, improvement of the material base, since 1955 IL-12 repair has been organized. In 1959 the post-repair flight of the first Il-14 was completed.
Plant in the 60 years began to servicegas turbine aircraft of turboprops of the An-24 model. From that moment he became the leading organization for the repair of aircraft technology Antonov. The collective acquires the reputation of an exemplary repair enterprise of the aircraft industry of Ukraine.
Since 1972, a serialrepair of the engine and its aggregates, power auxiliary installation series AI-9 for the aircraft of the regional class Yak-40. In 1976 the factory workers mastered the repair of the An-26 transport and cargo aircraft. A year later, the aircraft repairing aircraft was replenished with the An-30 aerial survey aircraft and a little later the An-32 transport.
Mastering the overhaul of the D-36 modular engine formodels Yak-42, An-72, An-74 promoted the further development of the enterprise. Since 1986, the planned serial repair of motors in the leased areas of VO "Motorostroitel" in the city of Zaporozhye.
In 1988 the plant was given permission to starta serial overhaul of the engine on its own squares in Kiev on Vozduhoflotsky Avenue. Soon, the D-36 became a priority production of the plant. In parallel, the repair of the AI-8 turbogenerator plant for the heavy Mi-6 and Mi-10K helicopters was mastered.
From 2008 to 2016 the factory was headed by SM Podreza. Twenty-two years of experience in the company and the talent of the head allowed to maintain high standards of aircraft maintenance.
June 15, 2015, according to the order of the CabinetUkraine, the enterprise became a part of state concern "Ukroboronprom". Since June 16, 2016, VV Gankevich has been appointed to the post of general director. The address of the plant is: Ukraine, Kiev city, Vozduhoflotsky prospect, building 94.
After gaining independence, the volume of repair of aircraft equipment fell sharply. The enterprise remained afloat due to the expansion of the nomenclature of works. At the plant began to perform:
The State Enterprise "Plant No. 410 of Civil Aviation"new technological equipment allowing to carry out such complex processes as plasma and detonation spraying, laser processing, painting aircraft with acrylic and polyurethane enamels. Perspective is the cooperation with international air corporations.
The plant successfully uses new equipmentin the technological process of repairing aircraft and aircraft engines. The laser complex is used for cutting designs of various complexity from sheet materials: steel, plexiglass, plywood up to 5 mm thick.
The detonation plant is designed forrestoration of aviation equipment parts with increased wear by the method of detonation pollination of powdered metallic materials on the prepared surface. The thickness of the coating is 0.002-0.8 mm. Dimensions of parts to be restored: diameter - 0,7 m, length - 1,5 m.
A specialized installation is used intechnological process of manufacturing high-pressure hoses with metal braiding and internal diameter of 4-12 mm, used in hydraulic systems of various aircraft.
