Necropolis was established in 1913 near the cityLosinoostrovska, later renamed in the city of Babushkin. In 1960, the territory entered the administrative border of Moscow and was included in the list of metropolitan cemeteries.

Near the churchyard there is a temple of martyrs Adrian and Natalia, founded around 1914-1916.

On the site at number 10, on the left side of the central alley, there is a special place - the mass grave of soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War.
