Homogeneous members of a sentence are any members of a design that have the following characteristics:
1) obey one word in the sentence;
2) answer the same questions;
3) pronounced with enumeration intonation;
4) communicate with each other by means of a coherent connection;
5) in the sentence are emphasized equally, being the same member.

1) A comma is needed:

- There are opposing unions between words: a, but, yes [= but], but, however. Suddenly a cloud with a small but frequent rain fell.
- Double alliances are used. He was able not only to sing, but also to dance.

2) The comma is inadmissible:
