Instructions for fire safety in the officeregulates the actions of personnel during the risk of fire or smoke from work premises. The content of the instruction assigns the duties of the persons responsible for the evacuation of employees and material assets of the company.
As stated in the fire safety instructions,Upon detection of factors characterizing the presence of fire (smell of smoke, burning, smoke, temperature rise in the room, detection of soot and open fire), the organization's personnel must:

The standard fire safety instruction regulates the actions of the head of the organization. The head of the organization who learned of the fire must:
- call the fire service by phone "01" or by phone of mobile operators "112";
- notify all employees and management of the company about the incident;
- report the fire to the person responsible at the facility (in the organization) for fire safety;
- before the arrival of firefighters, it is necessary to take independently possible measures to eliminate the source of fire, evacuate workers, valuable property and documentation.
The standard fire safety manual identifies the person who is responsible for fire safety at the facility, who upon arrival at the scene must:
- re-inform the fire brigade of information about the occurrence of fires, and also inform the head (founder) of the organization about the incident;
- in the event of a threat to the life and health of people, take measures to rescue and evacuate them by all available means;
- urgently stop any work in the building, except for those aimed at eliminating the fires;
- make a power outage and prevent fire and smoke in the premises;
- remove from the danger area all personnel and other persons who are not involved in the elimination of fire sources;
- to carry out the management of measures to eliminate the fire before the arrival of the calculations of the fire service;
- along with the elimination of the fire to take emergency measures to evacuate employees and property from the enterprise;
- to ensure compliance with safety requirements in case of fire by employees who are involved in the elimination of fire;
- to meet the fire crews arriving at the site, and indicate the shortest way of the approach to the fire center.
As stated in the fire safety instructions,upon arrival of the fire brigade to the scene, the person responsible for fire safety must provide information to the fire brigade manager about the structural features of the building, adjacent structures and various structures, fire hazardous substances stored or used at the enterprise, their quantity and properties. You also need to provide other information required by firefighters to prevent the occurrence of fires.
