- Imagine a horizontal line in front of you and run through it with your eyes, moving only the eyeballs to the left and to the right, without turning your head. Repeat 20-30 times.
- Imagine a vertical line and, just as in the previous case, without changing the position of the head, measure it with a look, dropping and raising your eyes. Repeat 20-30 times.
- Now look to the right and look at the floor, then at the ceiling. Repeat 20-30 times and make the same movements, looking to the left.
- To translate a view from the upper left corner to the right,downwards, that is, making diagonal movements in the eyes. After 20 repetitions change the trajectory - look first to the top right, and then left down. Number of repetitions: 20-30.
- Rotate the eyes in a circle clockwise and against it 20 times.
