Probably many since childhood this recipe is known.Sweet pasta, our grandmothers were preparing in Soviet times, when such a meal perfectly replaced the child with a sweet or dessert. Undoubtedly, times have changed. But the dish is delicious in itself.
Of course, it can hardly be called the mostuseful, but it is not harmful to sweets and other modern store sweets. Yes, and as a dessert dish is suitable (especially in combination with useful products such as cottage cheese, honey and cinnamon). Well, shall we try to cook it?
For the dish we need: half-cups (grams 200-250) pasta, a little salt, a couple of spoons of butter, half a cup of sugar (if possible, you can add vanilla - at the tip of the knife).
It is possible to cook macaroni not just withsugar, and try to improve the old Soviet recipe and fry the sweet pasta in sugar candy. And then submit to the table, sprinkling with a fragrant cinnamon. Just lick your fingers!
It is necessary to take: figured pasta from wheat of hard sorts (it is better to be roasted and not stick together), granulated sugar, butter, a little cinnamon. Salt is added to taste when cooking.
And you can still cook this dish withusing an ingredient such as cottage cheese. It is better to take a granular product of "market" type, but if the market is not around, then the cottage cheese from the pack will do. The main thing is that it should not be pasty.
All other ingredients are left, as inthe first variant of the formulation. We execute step by step. And in the finale we fill up the bread-cake (or grains) of cottage cheese, a dish-dessert, which has been decomposed on plates. In this case, sweet pasta will not only be tasty, but also useful for your child.
For a dish you should choose macaroni of solid sorts and not too big size. And more interesting for children will be products of unusual shapes: bows and spirals, gears and letters.
You can also pour sweet pasta thickenedmilk or sprinkle with cocoa (then you can put less sugar). And also - decorate this simple dessert with fresh berries, pour with liquid jam. Good for refueling and thick jams. But this is optional, according to personal wishes and tastes (for example, your child). Some babies simply adore sweet pasta, sprinkled with shabby cheese and flavored with crumbs of white chocolate. Or maybe they will like a dish, watered with honey? In general, start with a classic recipe, and then you can experiment. Enjoy your appetite!
