  2. Prepared mass put in a clean container and pour water, acidified with citric acid, and soak for about half an hour.
  3. Drain the water and pour hot solution (for 1.2 liters of water - one large spoonful of salt) and boil for about 2 hours, while adding citric acid and sugar (with the formation of foam, it should be removed with a noise).
  4. For a few minutes before the readiness to add a little vinegar and, if desired, paprika and other spices.
