Garlic is a world famous vegetable withspicy taste and characteristic aroma. In cooking, almost all parts of it are used: leaves, arrows, and cloves. Vegetable gives the dish not only a unique pleasant taste, but also useful properties. About his healing powerful qualities have been known since ancient times.
The composition of garlic contains fiber,pectic substances, organic acids, glucosides, glucose and a whole complex of vitamins (B1, B, C, PP). Usually, the cloves themselves are used in the form of spices, but many simply do not know that it is possible to use flower stalks as a separate dish. Fried garlic arrows are tasty, healthy and low-calorie.
To do this, take a freshly worn arrows,washed, cut into small pieces, then laid out in a pan with vegetable (olive) oil and fried for 10 minutes. Willingness is determined by their softness. Braised garlic arrows: recipe with egg
Composition:
- arrows of garlic (determine the quantity yourself);
- some water;
- two eggs;
- salt pepper;
- cilantro, dill.
Stir the sliced vegetables until softened, pour in water and, after closing the lid, leave for another 5 minutes. We put eggs into the mass, add chopped greens and spices, mix and serve.
Ingredients:
- a kilo of garlic shooter;
- soy sauce (20 g);
- olive oil (20 g);
- lemon juice (10 g);
- black pepper, salt;
- cilantro.
For cooking Japanese teriyaki sauce (you can buy ready-made):
- soy sauce (5 g);
- vegetable oil (5 g);
- Vodka or sake (5 g);
- ground coriander, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, fennel (pinch on);
- a little sugar.
Teriyaki is sold ready-made in allstores, but we will prepare it yourself from the listed components. All products are mixed together, the result is a wonderful sauce or marinade for meat.
Your guests will not understand that this is ordinary friedgarlic arrows, because the taste of this dish is exotic and savory. And there is practically no smell of garlic. As you can see, everything is simple, cheap and deliciously delicious.
Now let's make fried garlic arrows with potatoes in the oven. You will need the following products:
- half a kilo of arrows;
- a kilogram of potatoes;
- cheese (100 g);
- bow;
- sour cream (50 g);
- Spices to taste.
Cut the arrows into several pieces and fry.Then cut the peeled potatoes into thin plates, mix with onions, season with spices and spread on a baking sheet. From above plentifully we grease with sour cream, but it is possible to use also mayonnaise. Sprinkle the mass with grated cheese and bake for about an hour at 180 C.
