Ingredients:
tilapia fillet - 0.5 kg;
champignons - 10 pieces;
sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
garlic - a few lobules;
cheese - 150 g;
lemon juice - 2 table spoons;
salt, pepper, basil, dill;
water - 4 tablespoons.
To start, prepare the sauce. Pour sour cream in a bowl, squeeze garlic, lemon juice, add salt, pepper and water. All carefully mix.
Tilapia fillets are thawed and cut intosprinkle with salt and place in half an hour in the prepared sauce. Cut the mushrooms thinly, sprinkle with salt a little and fry in a griddle until golden brown.
