One of the most famous cocktails is "Burst of the brain." Bartenders of different countries prepare it in their own way, but the essence is always the same: in the fougère mixed drinks of varying density, which creates the illusion of finding there is not alcohol, but a brain substance. And it's really scary, tasty and unusual!
