Buckwheat soup with mushrooms
You will need:
Chop the onion, finely grate the carrots, pour them into the pan and stew in the oil until it is golden.
Slice the mushrooms, add them to the vegetables and fry for three minutes.
Now take another pan, pour on itbuckwheat and warm over low heat. As soon as the grains begin to unfold, reduce the heat to a minimum and keep it until all the buckwheat has fully opened.
Take a pan, pour two or three liters into itwater, let it boil, then add cereal and pre-chopped potatoes. Add salt and bay leaf, cook for ten minutes (or until potatoes are ready).
Now add mushrooms and vegetables, chopped garlic and greens to the pan. Boil a couple more minutes.

Ingredients for its preparation:
Separate the fillet from the chicken carcass and wash it. The remaining parts - fat, skin and bones - put in a pan.
Throw in peeled and finely chopped (or grated) vegetables: onion, one carrot and greens.
Fill with water and let it boil, then make the fire minimal and cook for about twenty minutes.
Cut the meat into small pieces and put them in boiling filtered broth. Cook for about eight minutes.
Now add the cubes of potatoes, and after another three minutes - buckwheat, which must be thoroughly washed and dried before.
Salt buckwheat chicken soup, fry the remaining carrot and onion, then add it to the pan. Add pepper.
Before serving, decorate it with greens.
Lean buckwheat meatless soup
For cooking, you will need:
Crumble the diced vegetables: potatoes, carrots and one onion, put them in a saucepan and cook until soft.
After that, salt them, add buckwheat to the pan and mix the contents thoroughly.
Cut the second onion and fry in one tablespoon of oil.
Now pour a small amount of decoction of vegetables and cereals into the pan, stir, then pour it back into the soup.
Cook the soup for one hour. At the end, season with the yolk - pour it in a thin stream.
