The dish is extremely healthy, tasty, light, well absorbed. Great both by itself and as an appetizer. Made from products:
Romano - 100 g (you can bundle);
eggs - 2;
fresh cucumbers - 2;
red radish - 1 bunch;
boiled carrot - 2 pieces;
boiled potatoes - 3 pieces,
tomatoes - 2-3;
green onions - bunch;
several spoons of sour cream;
spoon of vinegar;
salt, pepper, some sugar (powdered sugar).
